Handok Launched Cntinuous glucose Monitoring System, Barozen Fit
Handok has launched the real-time personal continuous glucose monitoring system, Barozen Fit. Barozen Fit transmits glucose levels to a smartphone every five minutes via Bluetooth, allowing users to check real-time glucose levels and trends. It also features a glucose value correction function that enhances the accuracy of glucose measurements.
Barozen Fit is designed for user convenience, with a sensor that can be used for up to 15 days. The small and lightweight 4.5g sensor is water-resistant, enabling free movement even while attached to the arm. The sensor and applicator are integrated, allowing easy attachment to the arm with just the press of a button.
With Barozen Fit, users can connect the app and sensor to view the entire period’s glucose trends in a continuous graph. Additionally, users can set alerts for hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, and rapid fluctuations, making it easy to manage glucose levels according to individual health conditions. By using the integrated data management platform, Barozen Care app, users can check indicators such as the target range glucose ratio, average glucose, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation. It also allows sharing of one’s glucose levels with family, guardians, and medical professionals.
Handok entered the glucose meter market in 2009 with the launch of Barozen glucose meters. Since then, it has continuously introduced upgraded products and expanded its product line to include network glucose meters for hospitals, establishing itself as a market leader.
